Jacob’s Well Montessori School marked her anniversary with tree planting exercise in the school premises. The School coordinator, Mrs Egondu Jacob explained the purpose of tree planting as follows: * Beautification of the environment * Serve as Source of Oxygen for mankind * Produce fruits * Trees serve as wind breakers * Flowers from the trees give pleasant Scent to the air around us.The tree planting exercise was carried out by the management, staff and pupils of the school who planted numerous fruit bearing plants such as Oranges, Guava, Tangerine, Grape fruits, Cocoa, Banana, Oil palm tree, Coconut tree, African Black pea, etc. The School believe that, we should use our anniversaries to make positive impacts on our society.
